House Rules
* Quiet hours are from 10PM -8AM. Our neighbors will notify us of any disturbances to our neighborhood.
* No large parties, or overnight guests not registered with us before check in. A 75$ fee per person per night will be charged if violated.
* Any locked areas are off limits to guests
* Swimming, use of kayaks, boats or water toys are at your own risk. Owners are not liable for any injuries incurred in these activities.
* Town of Rome requires separation of recycling. Glass MUST be kept separate from plastics, cardboard and cans. Please use the labeled bins inside and outside the house. If the cleaners have to manually sort your trash there will be a $100 fee charged to you.
*No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs in or on property.
